Refund Policy

    At Chrooniq, we are committed to providing the highest quality systems and services. Due to the custom nature of our build-outs and the immediate value provided by our software systems, our refund policy is as follows:


    1. Setup Fees

    All initial setup, onboarding, and custom development fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. This is because these fees cover the hard costs of our team's time spent building your custom infrastructure, writing copy, and configuring your CRM.

    2. Subscription Services

    Monthly subscription services can be canceled at any time with a 30-day written notice. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months of service. Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

    3. Exceptions

    If we fail to deliver the system as outlined in your original agreement within the agreed-upon timeframe, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund of your setup fee, determined on a case-by-case basis.
